Default Quick question

So, I was wondering. Can you reset attribute, and skill points? Also are you able to change your second profession later on in the game? If you can, what are the disadvantages or consequences.

Thanks.

With attributes and second professions, yes you can and there aren't any disadvantages or consequences.

But with skill points I don't think so.

-you can redistribute attribute points anytime you are in an outpost.

-you cannot reset skill points but you have a potentially unlimited amount. after level 20 you still "level up" except all you get is a skillpoint.

-after ascension you can change your secondary profession. no disadvantages, you keep all the skills from previous secondary professions if you switch back.
(try looking up "ascension" on wiki)

-guild wars is all about being able to change your build at will.

Ok. Thanks That explains a lot! But, the attribute points. I don't understand. Let's say I have 5 in swordsmanship, it takes 6 to take it back. So I lose 1 attribute point? I'm confused can you clarify it? Also is there an NPC to do this at?

You don't need an npc to change your attribute points. Just hit K on your key board. You don't lose anything, that number your talking about is just how much you need to add or subtract a skill point. Everyone has the same amount of attribute points once they have ascended and done all necessary quests.
